Epic Apart Hotel is located at 25-27 Seel St, Liverpool, L1 4AU. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
Payment:
Payment should be made in GBP by credit card, debit card or cash. Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted. A minimum payment of 25% is required at the time of booking, which will be held as a non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the balance will be due at the time of checking in.
Proof of Age:
The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested on arrival and if not presented on request, Epic Apart Hotel reserve the right to cancel the booking.

農業生產也需要有靈魂人物帶頭衝，才容易凝聚力量，創立生產經營模式。經常擔任高雄區農業改良場(以下簡稱高雄場)農民學院有機蔬菜班講師黃克賢，就是這樣一個傑出的人物。
黃克賢早期就與高雄場旗南分場配合有機栽培技術和推廣工作，當時他在高雄市美濃區經營有機水稻，已稍有名氣。約10年前響應屏東縣政府開闢海豐有機農業專區，才移師回故鄉屏東，從事有機蔬菜栽培，算是屏東縣有機蔬菜的先驅。黃克賢在屏東縣政府有機專區有2公頃地，蓋了12棟溫室，共200坪，從事有機蔬菜生產。他為了穩定貨源，提供國內中小學營養午餐，還結合屏東縣有機栽培農戶成立健康菜生產合作社，有計畫的供應學校有機蔬菜，每週約供應5公噸。
黃克賢的健康菜生產合作社，是高雄場農民學院學員標竿學習的場所，也是有機蔬菜人才培育的搖籃；不少有志有機栽培的青年學子，先在生產合作社實習、見習，離開後自立門戶，再和黃克賢結盟供貨。一脈相承栽培有機蔬菜，擴大高屏地區有機蔬菜的版圖。
高雄場林景和場長表示，黃克賢有機蔬菜栽培相當專業，實務經驗很豐富，加上不藏私，農民學院有機班學員最需要吸取有機達人黃克賢的寶貴經驗，縮短有機栽培的摸索期，儘快熬過有機栽培初期的陣痛。所以黃老師的有機蔬菜經驗談很受學員的歡迎。
美國總統川普上任後，定出減稅、放鬆金融監管的政策，再加上美國近期經濟數據佳、大環境景氣回溫，都讓市場認為下周聯準會升息機率變高。為此，台經院認為，今（2017）年前2月因為當時川普政策不明朗，所以台幣成為暫時避風港，現在美國升息的訊號已出現，資金紛紛流到美國導致現在台幣、台股下跌情形，而美元將是今年強勢貨幣。
台灣經濟研究院景氣預測中心主任孫明德分析，現今貨幣市場中，歐元、人民幣雙雙走弱，因為歐元自英國脫歐後，充滿各種不確定因素，加上今年上半年的法國選舉、下半年的德國議會選舉，約占歐盟經濟40%的各國家都在今年舉行選舉，對於投資人來說，歐元、人民幣就顯得危險，「而美元將會是今年的強勢貨幣。」
孫明德表示，在歐元、人民幣都不被看好的狀況下，投資人自然選擇美元，加上升息的訊號，也引起大量投資者將資金流向美國，他認為這也是目前台股、台幣都下跌的主要原因，因為投資者將資金從台抽回，轉往美國。「今年前2月因為川普政策不明朗，所以台幣和日圓成為了暫時性的避風港，但現在美國升息訊號已出，各界資金自然流向美國。」
